Movement for Wellness
You are never too old to experience the joy of dancing!
Description
Join your instructor, Mia, for a joyful and uplifting dance class designed specifically for adults in the age group of 60+.
The class starts with a gentle yoga stretch to warm up, followed by creative guided improvisations and lively choreography that encourages the pleasure of movement.
Throughout the session, participants will explore musicality, enhance stamina and coordination, and collaborate to create dance sequences—all in a relaxed, supportive environment.
No previous dance experience is required—everyone is welcome! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing water to stay hydrated.
Come dance!
