Heavenly voices

An exploration of the great vocal works in classical music.

Description

Following her previous acclaimed music appreciation talks, join RIAM Director Deborah Kelleher on this lively and informative tour of the great works written for voice, from intimate song to the massive choral odyssey.

Selecting her favourites from the various genres, Deborah will offer insights, as an educator of singers, to explain the different vocal techniques that produce a rich variety of colours and effects.

Participants will learn, enjoy and be inspired by these great works in the company of fellow music lovers for one magical morning per week.
