Description

Associate of the Royal Irish Academy of Music (ARIAM) 

The exam dates for the June Round 2026 are Tue 2nd - Fri 12th June 2026.

The registration deadline is Monday, 20th April 2026 (5:00 PM).

 

The ARIAM offers a choice of performance and teaching pathways in: 

  • Music
  • Speech & Drama

The Diploma is assessed by performance examination based on a choice of set repertoire, viva-voce, and written examinations.

The ARIAM qualifies the successful candidate to teach up to Grade VIII (Grade 8). 

 

Booking Process: (2-step application)

Step 1: To book your ARIAM Exam please click on “Register”, fill in your details and select your relevant exam option. (Only select one option.)

(Note: The options are listed by fees [lowest to the highest], and are not grouped by exam type.)

Pay for your booked exam online (Note: Payments can only be made with Credit/Debit Card)

Step 2: Upon completion of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to an "SUBMISSION OF DETAILS" form.

Complete the form and submit your application. (Registration deadline see above)
