Music for Wellness

Come to stillness through meditation and the peaceful sounds of the crystal bowls. Re-energise and strengthen your chakras and aura with beautifully scented infusions of herbs, crystals and essential oils.

Description

Imagine being 'bathed' by soothing sounds that take you on an inner journey of deep relaxation. A sound bath is an easy way to meditate. Following some simple breathing techniques and meditation, choose a comfortable spot on your yoga mat, with a comfy lavender eye pillow, and listen to the sound of various sound healing instruments called 'singing bowls'.

The sounds of these singing bowls can help bring your body to a relaxed state, your mind to a place of peace, and your soul to a place of wholeness.

Adults of all ages are welcome to join.

Sundays at 1.15 - 2.15 or 2.30 - 3.30 PM.
