Music for Wellness

Experience an immersive listening session featuring live instrument performances.

Description

Experience a tranquil hour of mind-body connection through instrumental percussion in a meditative sound session.

The melodic sounds of instruments such as Gongs, Tibetan bowls and Rain Sticks can help centre your mind and induce relaxation. These soothing sounds have also been said to enhance focus and improve your sleep quality.

Find a comfortable spot on your yoga mat, either sitting or lying down, and immerse yourself in the healing music performed by the tutor.

Explore with Emma how to practise a deeper level of mindfulness and meditation. Benefit from your newly acquired skills to use in everyday situations, or around natural surroundings.

Adults of all ages are welcome to join.
