Music for Wellness

Experience an immersive listening session featuring live instrument performances.

Description

Experience a tranquil hour of mind-body connection through instrumental percussion in a meditative sound session.

Find a comfortable spot on your yoga mat, either sitting or lying down, and immerse yourself in the healing music performed by the tutor.

The melodic sounds of instruments such as Gongs, Tibetan bowls and Rain Sticks can help centre your mind and induce relaxation. These soothing sounds have also been said to enhance focus and improve your sleep quality.

Adults of all ages are welcome to join, and after each session, there will be an option to stay for a cup of herbal tea and meet other class participants. In our attempt to be more environmentally friendly, we recommend all participants to bring their own reusable cup.
