Meté O'Reilly
Meté O'Reilly is an internationally renowned performer whose repertoire includes opera, opera-crossover, and ethnic opera. He was born in Würzburg, Germany and raised in Turkey.
Meté's educational background is extensive. He earned a BA in music from Istanbul University in Turkey, a Master of Music from Brooklyn College in New York, USA, and an MPA from the Conservatori del Liceu in Barcelona, Spain. Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate at the Royal Irish Academy of Music (RIAM) in Dublin, Ireland.
Meté's professional career began in the USA, where he took on roles such as Don José in Carmen and Arturo in Lucia di Lammermoor. Since then, he has performed leading roles in productions across Turkey, Europe, and the United States.
As a touring artist, Meté has performed at a wide variety of events, including family gatherings, fashion shows, festivals, symphonies, and opera houses. He frequently collaborates with professional venues and has also performed with his own orchestra.
Meté O'Reilly's background and career demonstrate his versatility as an internationally acclaimed performer across multiple genres, from traditional opera to crossover and ethnic-opera styles. His extensive education and experience have allowed him to develop a rich and varied repertoire on the global stage.
