A qualified psychotherapist, teacher and performer. A keen interest in the workings of the psyche of musicians and performers led Virginia to pursue an MSc in Psychotherapy with an emphasis on Musical Performance Anxiety. Virginia specialises in working with performers who suffer from Performance Anxiety and she incorporates this work into her lecture series at the Royal Irish Academy of Music in addition to working privately at her private psychotherapy practice in Dublin.
Yoga with Manasi
Born and raised in India, yoga has been a part of her life at various levels. Experiencing the physical and energetic benefits of yoga only strengthened her belief in it. After working in the corporate world for a few years, she decided to take up Teacher Training, little did she imagine that she would eventually sit on that red teacher's mat, lead a class, and share all the learnings from her heart with as many people as possible.
Master Ding Academy
They aim to welcome anyone who wishes to explore the benefits of Traditional Tai Chi Chuan for health and well-being and also developing it as a potent and effective internal martial arts system and to provide a friendly, relaxed environment where students can learn and grow at their own pace
Neil Dowling
Drumming is a great way to relax, to have fun and to connect with others. The aim of 'Drum Nature' is to use rhythm-based events to bring people together and to create a positive outlet for creativity, energy and self-expression. Drumming is a very accessible activity and even a group of beginners can create an up-lifting rhythm in a matter of minutes.
Brahma Kumaris Ireland
Brahma Kumaris Ireland offers an education in human, moral and spiritual values. To meet the challenge of change, it initiates dialogue and presents a fresh vision of the future. It recognises the intrinsic goodness of all human beings and teaches meditation to help each one rediscover their inner resources and strengths.

The founder of 'West Sound & Wellness', a wellness brand rooted in the transformative power of sound healing. Emma has been working as a sound bath healer for five years now and has been described as Ireland’s Leading Sound Bath Facilitator.
