Wellness Retreat
Summer wellness sessions held at the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
Description
This June, join us for a rejuvenating Wellness Retreat, where you’ll immerse yourself in a series of enriching workshops and practices designed to support your mind, body, and spirit. These wellness sessions, running from Saturday to Monday, offer a perfect balance of relaxation, self-care, and personal growth.
Our facilitators will guide you through insightful talks on enhancing self-care, managing stress, and building lasting, healthy habits. You will also engage in mindful practices like Beginner Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation — each carefully chosen to help you reconnect with yourself and release built-up tension.
Chairs are available as an alternative for those who find floor-based movements challenging, during our yoga session.
A nourishing lunch will be provided each day, ensuring you are well-fueled for each session.
To end the retreat, we will guide you through a soothing sound meditation, providing a calming close to your experience, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered. Yoga with Manasi
Born and raised in India, yoga has been a part of her life at various levels. Experiencing the physical and energetic benefits of yoga only strengthened her belief in it. Neil Dowling
Drumming is a great way to relax, to have fun and to connect with others. The aim of 'Drum Nature' is to use rhythm-based events to bring people together and to create a positive outlet for creativity, energy and self-expression. Drumming is a very accessible activity and even a group of beginners can create an up-lifting rhythm in a matter of minutes - DRUM NATURE
Brahma Kumaris Ireland

It recognises the intrinsic goodness of all human beings and teaches meditation to help each one rediscover their inner resources and strengths - Welcome to the Brahma Kumaris
