Wellness Retreat

Summer wellness sessions held at the Royal Irish Academy of Music.

Description

This June, join us for a rejuvenating Wellness Retreat, where you’ll immerse yourself in a series of enriching workshops and practices. These wellness sessions offer a perfect balance of relaxation, self-care, and personal growth.

A nourishing lunch will be provided each day, ensuring you are well-fueled for each session.

Our facilitators will guide you through insightful talks on enhancing self-care, managing stress, and building lasting healthy habits. You’ll also be invited to take part in calming, beginner-friendly practices like Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation — each carefully chosen to help you release tension and reconnect with yourself (chairs will be made available during yoga, for added comfort and accessibility).

We'll finish the retreat with a peaceful sound meditation, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

This Wellness Retreat is the perfect opportunity to unwind and equip yourself with valuable tools for ongoing personal well-being, all in the inspiring setting of the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
